Currently, Block Party Hotels is looking for a Night Manager that will oversee all operations during the night shift, ensuring the safety and security of guests and property while delivering exceptional guest service. They manage overnight staff, handle guest inquiries and concerns, and maintain the smooth operation of the hotel during non-peak hours.

Requirements
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally·
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Oversee the reservation system to ensure accurate bookings and availability.
- Process cancellations, modifications, and no-shows in accordance with hotel policies.
- Manage cash transactions and ensure proper accounting procedures are followed.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, and disturbances, following established procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address any safety hazards or security breaches.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of overnight staff, including front desk agents, security personnel, and housekeeping.
- Manage room inventory and oversee the allocation of rooms to arriving guests.
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, including room revenue, payments, and other charges.
- Prepare nightly reports summarizing hotel activities, occupancy rates, and any incidents or issues encountered.
- Assist with administrative duties, such as scheduling and inventory management.

Education and Experience:
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- Hospitality Management Degree preferred.
- One to three years of previous working experience as a Front Desk Agen
