The role involves a combination of business strategy, sales, and relationship management. Here are some key responsibilities and activities of a senior business developer in gaming:</p><ul> <li>📈 <strong>Grow</strong> gaming studio partnerships by taking ownership of deal flow from the inception of lead to the development of pricing, management of contract negotiations, and attention to implementation.</li> <li>🤖 <strong>Architect and monitor</strong> the pipeline of potential partnerships with gaming studios using sales automation.</li> <li>🤝 <strong>Develop and manage</strong> strong relationships with studios to close high-impact partnership agreements.</li> <li>💡 <strong>Re-imagine</strong> opportunities with existing and new gaming studios, and proactively advise Homa Games on new services.</li> <li>🎯 <strong>Redefine</strong> OKRs across strategic partnerships (quantitative &amp; qualitative metrics) to set goals for and track the performance of our publishing efforts collaborating with gaming studios.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience—What's your profile 👀</strong></p><p>Having a strong experience in gaming, if you recognize yourself in the following description, you're the one!</p><ul> <li>Bachelors/Masters degree within a relevant field from a top engineering or business school.</li> <li>At least 3+ years, of relevant professional experience in business, account management, and customer success in the gaming industry; SaaS/Tech industry experience is a plus.</li> <li>Deep understanding of the gaming industry, including market trends, player preferences, business models, and platforms. </li> <li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with significant experience cultivating trusting relationships with senior leaders within gaming (game developers, studio heads)</li> <li>Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans that align with overall company objectives.</li> <li>Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to mentor and guide junior team members.</li> <li>Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li>Excellent working abilities in English - both oral and written; Second language is a plus.<br/> </li> </ul><p><br/></p><h3>Our Culture—Who we are🪐</h3><p>At Homa, we are building a community of brilliant talents.
