What Success Looks likeIn 3 months- Firm understanding of Arcadia security policy, tools, and control frameworks.- Begin understanding of the team structure including who owns which systems/tools, for both the immediate team and teams across the organization.- Contributing daily to internal and external discussions by tracking project deliverables, maintaining project materials, and reporting out on those areas.- Framework for detailed project plans for both new implementations and those already in progress.- Metric-based project reporting initiation.
In 6 months- Supporting Arcadia Security’s day-to-day program and project delivery.- Driving internal prioritization discussions with cross-functional resources to achieve on-time delivery.- Facilitating strong alignment around all delivery dates- Proactively identifying risk and mitigation options to reduce the associated impacts to delivery targets.- Supporting project delivery, requirements gathering, resource leveling, and general prioritization efforts. - Supporting internal monthly revenue cycles.- Creating a metric-based project reporting system, including processes.
In 12 months- Fully implemented internal and external delivery plan for 3-4 programs/projects.- Foundational understanding of legal, regulatory, certification and customer contract obligations.- Identifying areas of risk and contributing to data to drive Arcadia’s risk posture.- Sustaining and improving on metric-driven reporting, including full dashboards.

What You'll Be Doing
- The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of projects including risk management, stakeholder communications and interdependencies between projects or programs.
- Facilitate project implementation, obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals and scope of multiple projects.
- Develop and execute project scope, financial budgets, weekly project status reporting, and issue resolution.
- Escalate any roadblocks, define potential remediations, and ensure any slip in schedule is known.
- Create and maintain detailed program and project plans and be able to provide technical and application guidance and recommendations.
- Evaluate vulnerabilities and ensure work is delegated appropriately, mitigation takes place, and final remediation occurs. This includes cross-team prioritization.
- Create, monitor, and provide ongoing communication to appropriate stakeholders
- Support teams by growing their capabilities to organize, manage and make decisions.
- Report risk areas and partner with leadership on strategies to address any concerns.
- Serve as escalation point for project issues to internal and external stakeholders, as appropriate.
What You'll Bring
- Associate’s degree or commiserate experience in computer or business-related discipline
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Healthcare IT, including tracking and planning projects
- Previous project management or technology consulting experience
- Ability to complete projects on time and within stated budget
- Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, including Kanban boards.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and other web-based applications.
- Willingness work without formal authority
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Would Love For You To Have
- Familiar with ISO 27001, SOC2 Type II, HITRUST, HIPAA, StateRAMP,FedRAMP control frameworks or other regulatory controls.
- Background in security and compliance project management
- Experience in vulnerability management, pen testing, and/or threat analysis.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification.
- Great communication skills across levels
