Tutor Counselor (Senior)

Essential Functions:
- Monitor high school program participants on campus.
- Assist with academic as well as recreational and cultural activities on and off campus.
- Requires overnight an overnight shift for a field trip.
Education:
Requires high school diploma or GED
Experience:
Requires a minimum of 32 post-secondary hours with a 2.5 minimum GPA. Experience with first-generation, low-income students preferred.

Leadership:
Is responsible for the supervision of program participants.
Physical Requirements:
Job is physically comfortable. Individual is normally seated but may be required to accompany students across campus to lunch and recreational activities, as well as on field trips. May occasionally lift very lightweight objects.
Working Conditions:
Standard working environment with possible minor inconveniences due to occasional noise, crowded working conditions, and/minor heating/cooling or ventilation problems.
