<p>Air Liquide Shared Services (ALSP) is one of the 7 regional Business Services Center (BSC) of the Air Liquide Group.<br/><br/>Since its creation in 2015, ALSP has developed expertise in accounting, payroll, and HR Information Systems.<br/>ALSP is currently responsible for the accounting and treasury activities of some forty subsidiaries of Air Liquide in France, operating in the various sectors in which the Group is present (Large Industries, Industrial Merchant, Electronics, Healthcare, Global Markets &amp; Technologies, and also some Holding structures).<br/><br/>ALSP has an organization centered on its internal customers (CFO, management control, HRD) who have a dedicated contact (a manager) in charge of customer relations within ALSP.<br/><br/>Each manager relies on pooled skills centers for each type of expertise (General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll). </p><p><br/> </p><p>How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?</p><p><br/> </p>Mission statement : Maintain and contribute to develop the digital solutions of the Group HR information system to continuously improve the efficiency of the HR Function while ensuring world class user experience.<p><br/> </p><p>1. Continuous Improvement</p><ul><li><p>Collect feedback from stakeholders and recommend necessary enhancements to Group HRDS for existing security groups.</p></li><li><p>Analyze employee data and proactively share the data results with CoEs and HRBPs.</p></li><li><p>Analyze business process data and recommend process optimization to CoEs. </p></li><li><p>Create new local reports and dashboards. </p></li><li><p>Define tools and process improvements for machine learning related to people data.</p></li><li><p>Define tools and process improvements for application of artificial intelligence in people applications.  </p></li><li><p>Find opportunities to harmonize data across HR, Finance, IT, and other functions.</p></li><li><p>Continuously suggest measures for data accuracy.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>2. System maintenance</p><ul><li><p>Work closely with Group HRDS, and AMS support to ensure availability of reports and dashboards for business requirements. </p></li><li><p> Implement Workday bi-annual releases as per global guidelines and support the HRDS team with non-regression tests. </p></li></ul><p></p><p>3. System administration </p><ul><li><p>Assign (or validate assignment done by the BSC) and update     all security roles for Europe and AMEI.</p></li><li><p>regularly audit all role assignments to ensure data privacy and GDPR compliance. </p></li><li><p>Analyze reporting requests and promote usage of existing reports</p></li></ul><p>. </p><p>4.
