How you´ll help us:

As a Senior Customer Quality Engineer, you will

• Provide technical support/assistance by phone/email/instant message to key account customers in Europe.
• Meeting with key account customers for routine review and reporting to HQ service team.
• Resolve issues over the phone with qualified personnel when on site.
• Replace or assist in system commissioning/replacing Solplanet products at field.
• Accurate documentation of all support cases, including customer and internal communication.
• Actively collaboration with Solplanet International. (HQ in China)
• Run training sessions with key account customers for product trouble shooting.
• Survey customer satisfaction for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate the inverters’ replacement dispatch and faulty collection.
• Make plan of exchange units’ logistics for efficient service.
• Manage the service partners including developing new, instructing work flow, providing service files and training both onsite & remote.

Requirements

Your background and skills:

• Relevant technical education and experience in electronics or electrical installations, including certification to work with electricity.
• Minimum 3 years in a service/tech support role.
• 2+ years’ solid technical experience with solar products within photovoltaic industry would be a plus.
• Strongly networked within the renewable energy industry (preference within the Solar PV industry, especially from residential & commercial project segment)
