Now that’s making a difference.<br/> </p><p><b>Your impact</b></p><p><b>As a Senior Manager - Strategy &amp; Operations - Supply Chain, you'll make an impact by: </b></p><ul><li>Focussing on supply chain planning <span>(demand/supply/manufacturing</span> planning, inventory management, S&amp;OP...)</li><li>Analyzing identified issues and help define approaches to manage and solve them proactively with the project team (by applying best practices, benchmarks and thought leadership to identify and implement process and organizational improvement opportunities)</li><li>Playing a key role in building a sustained relationship with our clients.</li><li>Contributing to achieving the commercial goals of our company by selling follow-up projects to existing customers or new projects</li><li>Managing, developing, training and mentoring the supervised teams and assessing their performance</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Within PwC - Strategy &amp; Operations we are focused on 3 main industries:</b></u></p><ul><li><b>Pharma &amp; Life Sciences</b></li><li><b>Consumer Goods</b></li><li><b>Industrial Manufacturing &amp; Automotive</b></li></ul><p>  </p><p><b>About you</b></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in economics, (bio-)engineering, business administration, sciences or comparable by experience</li><li>Expert in one of the three above mentioned industries (Pharma &amp; Life Sciences, Consumer Goods or Industrial Manufacturing &amp; Automotive)</li><li>Minimum ten years of experience in Supply Chain Planning of which minimum five years of business consulting experience</li><li>Career built on a combination of roles in industry and business consulting ór as an engagement lead for one of the major supply chain planning tool vendors</li><li>Driven a full supply chain transformation, with a digital planning component</li><li>Successful track record in the design and implementation of a complete supply chain planning solution <span><span><span>(demand/supply/distribution)</span></span></span></li><li>Familiar with the functional and organizational complexities of global and multi-site environments</li><li>A client centric mindset with strong analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>Experience in leading teams &amp; developing people</li><li>Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French </li><li>Self driven</li><li>Persuasive yet truthful and authentic communicator</li><li>Problem solving, solution oriented</li><li>Willingness to travel</li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>Life at PwC Belgium</b></b></p><p><span>Our culture and workplace are something we’re proud of.
