About You and this Role
The Maintenance Repair and Operating (MRO) Warehouse Manager manages the day-to-day operation of all MRO inventory warehouses, investigates and addresses issues that arise within the process, and serves as the primary contact for MRO. This role requires advanced skills and expertise in a range of processes, procedures, and systems regarding MRO. This person may act as a working team lead, providing subject matter guidance and coordinating work of others.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall management of Sabine River and Beaumont MRO buildings.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and work processes, performance to metrics, etc.
- Serve as the go-to contact for daily operations of MRO.
- Dig into issues and address concerns with execution of the MRO work process.
- Answers questions from maintenance personnel regarding MRO execution issues
- Serve as liaison between MRO and maintenance.
- Sit on MRO Control Tower team to take action on gaps in reported metrics such as items below reorder point and overdue refurbishments.
- Support Inventory Coordinators in their roles with refurbishments, order replenishments, return to stock process, cycle counts, and other general tasks.
- Escalate employee issues, as needed, to contract supervision.
Requirements
- A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience with SAP.
- A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Preferred Skills
- 5 or more years of relevant experience.
