Position Summary

The Architecture, Design & Engineering (AD&E) Senior Analyst will be a support to the AD&E Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in all aspects of the delivery of a project or projects as part of a program or business.  They will collaborate closely with external consultants, collectively responsible for all project specific architectural and engineering design, drawings, documentation, and specifications (including architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, and environmental).   This individual will need a strong understanding of design aesthetics with analytical and strategic thinking, in order to drive decisions with our vendors as well as work closely with the team to develop and maintain the CVS designs and process standards.

This position requires extensive cross-functional coordination and strong communication skills and serves as a design and analytical resource for the business and our internal team.  Candidates must have a strong background in architecture, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and the internal CVS Health Program and Construction team. The successful candidate will have the ability to deal with ambiguity and show great attention to detail.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Support data management, migration and tool use such as Microsoft Projects/ Server (for scheduling) and TRIRIGA for overall project management support. Specific tasks include document storage archiving, invoice processing, and GC bidding to ensure seamless and timely connections with the Construction, Program, and A+E teams
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the A/E Manager, assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects.
  • Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accurate record-keeping and version control.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to the A/E Senior Manager and project stakeholders.
  • Assist in the coordination of project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, presentations, and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Design, Architecture, Engineering, and associated processes.
  • A strong experience in a variety of construction types and a good understanding of construction documents, specifications, materials, and processes are required
  • Experience in reading and preparing Architectural & Engineering technical drawings and documentation of project design and construction document phases
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, design, and problem-solving skills as well as appreciation and sensitivity to architectural design intent and constructability.
  • Possess strong presentation skills with the ability to influence others, comfortable presenting at City Design Review boards, Planning commissions to represent CVS Health and the brand.
  • Have a positive attitude with proven proficiency working collaboratively within a team setting
  • Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently and with accuracy while taking responsibility for own work and the work of their team.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet fast paced project demands & deadlines
  • Experience in systems and software including AutoCAD and BIM (Revit), Excel, Word, Photoshop and PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel 15%



Preferred Qualifications

  • LEED Green Certification or other sustainability certifications is preferred but not required.


Education

  • Bachelor, or Technical Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Interior Design required or equivalent work experience
  • Professional License to Practice Architecture is not required
