We are seeking a Senior Principal System Test SME, to work onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. This position requires an active Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.

What You Will Do:

Specific tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • The Senior System Test Team conducts the planning and analysis of all MDS ground tests and flight tests in which the C2BMC program is a participant.

Ground test types include:

  • Pairwise tests, Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI), Integrated Ground Test (GTI), Distributed Ground Test (GTD), cyber tests, Space Domain Awareness (SDA), and pre-flight test HWIL efforts.

  • Flight tests are conducted with pre-determined sensors and shooters.

  • International events are comprised of various ground tests and flight tests.

  • The Senior System Test SME will also be expected to provide guidance to the team of System Test SMEs, interface with senior government customer personnel, and ensure information flow to our other National Team functional areas.

  • The Senior System Test SME is responsible for the planning of all assigned test events, with emphasis on developing and implementing the test artifacts required for each event.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Previous experience working in Missile Defense Agency C2BMC Program

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. (with SCI eligibility)

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Technical knowledge of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Missile Defense System (MDS) including sensors, shooters, command and control systems, and networks

  • Prior integration and test experience within the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) program

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience working with Missile Defense Agency

  • Previous experience on the C2BMC Program
