Broadridge Corporate Issuer Solutions manages the transfer agent processing for publicly and privately issued securities. This position is within the Transfer Agency Operations group. The candidate will have responsibility for both the Reconciliation and Finance teams. From an operational perspective, the successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling various processes and functions within BCIS, including corporate actions, share/fund balances and transactions, purchases/sales, and DTC. The Finance aspect will focus more on the bank/fiduciary side and working with the manual and automated reconciliation tools. The associate will also contribute to any ad hoc and planned department projects, including the testing of the Qlik Recon tool.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily Banking reconciliation.
• Review of Unallocated items using the QLIK application.
• Review of Inbound cash check file.
• Positive pay items review and operations metrics tracking.
• Annual reporting to internal/external audit.
• Confirmation of funding from clients.
• Off – Boarding outstanding checks to successor agents
• On-boarding outstanding check from PREV TA’s
• Opening new client accounts
• Close client accounts
• Create workflow cases for CCVC and PUER items.
• OFAC tracking.
• Release wire/ach requests.
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in financial operations.
• A bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance, or financial operations experience, would be a strong positive OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of work experience.
• Able to communicate clearly and courteously.
• Must have excellent functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to learn quickly using other technical tools/ applications used to complete daily tasks.
• Exceptionally good organizational skills that are sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $26 per hour
• Bonus Eligibility: Annual bonus
• Paid Time off: 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 3 personal days per year
