The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an Expert (m/f/*) for Complaint Handling of Dental Medical Devices, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading the complaint handling process for dental products
- Leading the Seefeld complaint handling team
- Ensure timely handling and conclusion of customer complaints
- Demonstrates operation and strategic mindset which is result-oriented
- Executes with speed, agility and quality using organizational, prioritization and communication skills
- Determines and monitors key process figures for complaint handling and resolution
- Supports national and international teams in complaint handling and also vigilance reporting
- Communicates and addresses internally identified product issues
- Represents complaint handling process in internal and external audits
- Provides input for Management reviews on a regular basis
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in natural science or engineering science or equivalent
- fundamental experience in medical devices environment (complaint handling, regulatory, manufacturing etc.), preferably for dental products
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Team management and development experience
- Project management skills, also in international environment
- Strong process and improvement orientation
- Fluent in German and English language (verbal and writing)
- Experience in the regulatory environment of dental medical devices
- Interpretation of legal and normative requirements in the area
- Proficient in standard software applications, Microsoft office, especially Excel, SAP and other systems
- Process improvement skills
Work location: Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require presence in Seefeld, Germany, at least 3 days per week)
Travel: May include up to 10 % international
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
