As a Security Officer Entry Screening - Patrol Driver Gated Community in Trabuco Canyon, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, community access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, deliveries, and/or other access-related activity in accordance with location policies.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related issues to the appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention.
• Communicate clearly with residents, property staff, and Allied Universal leadership regarding daily operations, unusual activity, and/or security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
