13The Team:
The Enterprise Solutions business line is comprised of four business segments (Lending Solutions, Markets, Regulatory & Compliance and Software), thirteen businesses and thirty sub-businesses servicing more than 7,000 customers. The Corporate Actions business within the Software segment includes our managed corporate actions data solutions and our end-to-end workflow automation software applications. This role is reporting into the Head of North America Corporate Actions Solutions Sales.
Responsibilities and Impact:
Develop and implement sales strategies within a defined territory for the Corporate Actions business, aligning with company objectives to drive growth in the North America region.
Exceed new business targets through new customer acquisition and greenfield sales (add-ons, license expansions, upsells).
Collaborate across sales, pre-sales, marketing, product, account management and other internal stakeholders to drive overall net growth.
Maintain accurate and timely pipeline, sales forecast and meeting notes in salesforce.com.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects within defined territory.
Monitor industry and market trends through both internal and external sources to incorporate within sales strategies and targeted prospecting campaigns.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $126,676 to $183,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for a sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Proven track record of delivering revenue results in complex consultative sales positions
Prior experience within the financial services industry with a strong focus on operations
Willingness to travel to customer locations, industry events and conferences
Ability to identify customer issues/pain points and provide effective solutions
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to formulate relationships with customers, prospects and internal stakeholders
Ability to engage with c-level executives, clearly outline value proposition and represent the Enterprise Solutions business within North America
Well organized and capable of managing multiple sales engagements in parallel while maintaining attention to detail
Right to Work Requirements:
