Hello Heart is seeking a Senior Billing and Revenue Accounting Analyst to join the finance team and be ready to take charge of the billing cycle process. 

Job Responsibilities:

 • Review and validate customer contract terms to ensure billing terms align with the configuration in our internally developed system.

 • Manage the billing process for our clients, including submitting bills through the system via claim billing for some clients and manually sending invoices for others.

 • Collaborate with the implementation team and R&D team to ensure the billing process functions smoothly. Identify or report issues and seek resolution.

 • Generate billing reports with detailed user-level information or provide customized data subsets upon request, while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

 • Prepare invoice data for system uploads and process revenue recognition activities. 

 • Reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate, timely revenue, AR, and partner commission recording.

 • Follow up on unpaid AR balances, communicate with clients or IM/CS/Channel team to resolve payment issues, and maintain accurate records of collection efforts.

 • Break down payments to the client level and work with other team members to accurately apply them to associated invoices.

 • Prepare commission calculations, accruals, and statements based on established commission structures.

 • Sales tax calculations.

 • Assist in year-end audits.

 • Provide assistance with other ad hoc tasks as needed. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 

• 3+ years of proven experience in billing and revenue. 

• NetSuite experience and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and easily adapts to change.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
