Senior DevOps Engineer

Your Role and Responsibilities
● Maintain, run, and continuously improve our monitoring infrastructure.
● Setup new monitoring capabilities for the existing/new infrastructure and applications (dashboards, alerts, metrics…)
● Ensure the stability of the mission-critical systems by setting up alerts, notification, and auto-remediation.
● Create architectural and operational documentations and guidelines for monitoring solutions
● Work with different application teams to define monitoring requirement for their applications and help them design and implement the required monitoring capabilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Solid knowledge of observability and monitoring methods and best practices
• Strong experience with Prometheus and PromQL + Minimum of 5years experience with UNIX/Linux to demonstrate Solid knowledge and hands on experience using RHEL or equivalent Linux systems.
• Hands on Experience with monitoring tools for Application, Service, Infrastructure and Data Quality Monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Dynatrace) + Good understanding and hands on experience with setting up alerts and notifications.
• Understanding and hands on experience using Ansible.
• Good understanding of containers and hands on experience using container and container orchestration technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (in English) to a variety of audiences with various levels of technical acumen.
