Pay Rate: $20-$21/Hour
Availability: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-8:00pm and occasionally Saturday as needed
Must be able to commute to and around Santa Cruz County

In this this position, you are given the general liberty to make your own daily and weekly schedules based on understanding the clients monthly hourly needs and by working with the client’s availability and their desired days and times that work best for them. You will be responsible for taking and documenting daily service/case notes and writing quarterly progress reports for the individuals assigned to you. 90% of your the time will be spent in the field working with clients and the other 10% will be administrative work, such as writing reports, documentation, emails, etc. As part of this position, you will also be required to attend monthly training meetings at a SYW’s branch office and communicate regularly with both your ILS Program Manager and your client’s RC service coordinators.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- A degree in a related field is desired, although it's not required.

- Experience in a related field: ILS, SLS, caregiving, CNA, teaching, coaching, a history of working with children or adults with IDD or other disabilities.
