As a Junior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for reporting booking data which will serve as the base for decision-making processes across different departments at HomeToGo. As a result, your valuable help will help drive our success as a company and help strengthen our already tight-knit team.

• Support our team in daily tasks related to collecting, reporting and monitoring booking data.

• Offer support to interns and working students with their daily tasks

• Own end-to-end the monthly invoice checking process using a custom, proprietary database.

• Assist month-end Accounting processes.

• Send payment reminders for overdue invoices.

• Own the communication with integral business partners regarding issues or delays in reporting and invoicing. 

• Act as the first point of contact for internal business queries related to partner management topics (reporting, invoicing, payment).

• 1+ year of professional experience in Accounting required, professional experience in Accounts Receivable is an asset

• Possess strong computer skills, including a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Are able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing

• Are meticulous and possess advanced time-management skills

• Proficiency in written and verbal English and German
