JOB SUMMARY:
Sky Zone owns and operates popular indoor entertainment venues for all its members and guests. We’re a place where kids and parents can have fun, be active together, and spend hours jumping on trampolines, going down slides, or dunking a basket on one of our bouncy floors. The goal of the Construction Project Manager is to deliver completed projects on schedule while meeting development budgets and quality expectations.
This is a work-from-home opportunity that requires 80% travel and is ideal position for someone with experience in construction project management, exceptional organization skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively and within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
3+ years of construction experience in ground up and conversions, with preference given to the restaurant, retail, or entertainment industries.
Experience with managing multiple construction and expansion projects simultaneously.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Working knowledge of negotiating techniques, methods, and practices.
Computer knowledge of Excel, Windows, and other design and development programs.
Experience planning, scoping, and executing remodels, conversions, and renovations.
Cross functional knowledge and management/leadership skills relative to due diligence and entitlement aspects of specific projects.
Ability to maintain explicit communication with Operations throughout the duration of each individual project to ensure a successful turnover.
Self-starter and must be able to work autonomously while managing competing priorities in a growing fast-paced environment.
Skilled in process and project management.
Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
