This position has a unique impact on the quality and reliability of our devices. You will work with cross‐functional teams to maintain and improve the Quality System within the requirements of FDA's Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO 13485 (ISO) and EU MDR. Being detail and solution oriented, proactive, and self‐managed will assist in the success of this position

What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:

• Perform failure analysis testing on electromechanical devices and generate robust complaint investigation reports to comply to monthly closure metrics
• Support development of methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating products 
• Support the monthly complaint trending program 
• Assist in Data Analysis to improve Failure Analysis Processes and product performance
• Evaluate all information from a technical perspective and perform appropriate investigation, root cause analysis, and quality engineering review as part of failure analysis process. 
• Work with manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain teams to improve product performance
• Participate in cross‐functional teams for quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement
• Lead and Manage Projects related to improving team processes and product performance
• Maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance 
• Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics EHS Policy

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess

• BS degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Biomedical or Electrical Engineering)
• 2+ years Quality Engineering experience in Quality Assurance or Product Development activities in medical device industry, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

For US-Based Candidates OnlyWork Authorization Status: Citizen / Permanent Resident For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $ 92,000- $116,000 per year.Plus, eligibility for an annual bonus and equity/RSUs.
