Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Senior Financial Analysis for our Financial & Planning Analysis department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:
• Entity financial analyses, including month-end financial review and reconciliation
• Ad-hoc financial analyses, including pro-formas, long-term plans, and other requests as assigned
• Day-to-day financial support, including AP, payroll and general financial support to leaders and staff
• Annual budget preparation and monthly reconciliation
• Act as Liaison between entity and Support Center staff
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
• Ability to perform highly technical financial analysis
• Working knowledge of healthcare industry and/or hospital operations
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft office products
• Experience managing and completing annual budgeting process including volume, revenue and expense
• Ability to work independently, and productively in a fast-paced environment
• Accountability in producing high quality and excellent work products
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
• Must have a strong working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and standards
• Ability to plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, set and meet objectives, budgets and deadlines
• Required to maintain levels of confidentiality with sensitive information
• Bachelor degree in Finance or healthcare-related field, Master’s or CPA-preferred
• Three – five years’ work experience in financial management or decision support
• CPA-preferred

Pay Range:
$77,313.60 - $115,980.80If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
