We are seeking a passionate and highly driven individual to join a driven, fun and talented Sales Operations team, reporting to the Manager of Renewals Operations. This role is integral to the success and scale of Rubrik’s Renewals business.
The team owns end-to-end strategy and execution, as well as the reporting and operational foundation for the Renewals business to continuously scale and grow.
In this vital role, you will help build & scale the Renewals organization, engage with executives, VPs and renewal leaders, finance partners, customer success and other sales operations functions in building processes, systems and the operations infrastructure. You will help with our renewals forecast process, annual planning, QBRs and other initiatives to grow our Renewals organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Support our Renewal Sales teams as business partners. Help manage pipeline, weekly forecasting, QBRs/business intelligence/analytics, and overall operational projects
- Assist with developing renewals policies, processes and partner with stakeholders from IT, CPQ, Finance, Product Ops. to drive standardization, scale and operational excellence across processes
- Work closely with systems, IT, CPQ organizations within Rubrik to execute technical aspects of projects or develop new tools to support our people and process for the Renewals organization
- Ensure existing Renewal business is being maintained and enforce Rubrik policies. Communicate renewal risk clearly and take lead in developing resolution strategies; solicit executive involvement as required and represent the Renewals team on broader cross-functional projects involving other parts of the business as needed
- Leverage data and insights to define and support Renewals process modifications and improvements and enable optimal business outcomes, manage project scope and ongoing operations
- Drive business alignment with finance, field sales and customer success on KPIs including renewal rates, gross retention and churn
Experience You’ll Need:
- 2+ years in Renewals/Sales Operations, Revenue/Business Operations or similar role; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Required: Sales Operations experience in supporting Renewals
- Preferred: Experience supporting Sales, Channel and Sales Development functions
- Preferred: Enterprise software or high tech industry experience a plus
- Preferred: Intermediate to Advanced experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, Excel/Gsheets
- Location: Palo Alto, Austin Tx (preferred).

- Track record of program management, program execution, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder management to deliver results and manage downstream impacts
- Strong executive presence, communication and facilitation skills with experience engaging and partnering at all levels incl. executives
- Strength in researching, understanding, distilling and communicating complex business issues, ideas and analyzing business impact
- Familiar with/ able to drive the Agile development and release methodologies, especially for automation of business processes, improvements/ redesigns
- Ability to thrive in a culture of transparency and direct feedback

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits.
