Responsibilities:

• Prospect daily for customers
• Gain understanding of the product, including options, specifications, etc.
• Communicate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
• Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales and leases
• Achieve high CSI scores
• Learn to overcome objections and earn the sale
• Availability to work Saturday’s is required

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary, we will train
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($62,400.00 to $121,200.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
