We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as a Client Executive Leader for one of our large Property & Casualty divisions based out of our San Antonio, Texas office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. We will consider providing relocation assistance for candidates open to moving for this opportunity.
We will count on you to:
- Lead the development and execution of servicing strategies, ensuring alignment with global priorities and driving growth within the country.
- Manage and build a high-performing team, promoting accountability and collaboration across local sales teams and client executives.
- Articulate the value of multinational services to clients and prospects, demonstrating thought leadership on commercial insurance issues.
- Drive growth initiatives through effective sales strategies, identifying local opportunities, and enhancing client offerings.
- Ensure financial accountability by managing team performance, including revenue enhancement and expense management.
What you need to have:
- Experience in Property & Casualty commercial insurance risk issues and emerging trends.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of financial management and performance metrics within a servicing context.
