We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Customer Service Representative to support our dealers and customers by processing parts orders, resolving shipping and delivery issues, and ensuring high service standards. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer/dealer parts orders via phone, or email

• Assist customers in accurately identifying the parts they need

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to parts order performance, shipping delays, or delivery problems

• Handle returns using Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures

• Enter and process foreign parts orders, including invoices, freight charges, and NAFTA/Canadex documentation

• Provide accurate price quotes for domestic and international customers as needed

• Create special work orders for custom or non-standard parts

• Perform other administrative or sales-related duties as assigned

✅ Qualifications:

• Prior experience in parts sales or a customer service role preferred

• Familiarity with Etnyre equipment or similar heavy equipment is a plus (can be learned through training or hands-on experience)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with ERP systems (M2K or similar) is desirable

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

🔩 Physical Requirements:

• Some bending, twisting, and light lifting (10–20 lbs); occasional heavier loads may be required
