Description

The Associate Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of retail operations, reducing loss, and maintaining operational integrity across My Wireless locations.  The AD of Operations ensures compliance with My Wireless Standard Operating Procedures, drives operational excellence, and manages escalations and accountability. This role combines strategic planning, hands-on management, and cross-functional collaboration to support retail locations, mitigate risks, and align operational processes with company objectives 

Key Competencies 
Leadership and Accountability: 

  • Enforce compliance with operational Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across all locations. 

  • Guide market leadership on process adherence and operational improvements. 

Operational Expertise: 

  • Proficient in OPUS and DTS systems, with mastery of My Wireless and AT&T procedures. 

  • Skilled in loss prevention, escalation management, and operational troubleshooting. 

Communication and Collaboration: 

  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with retail teams, market leadership, and HQ. 

  • Clear, professional communication in escalation scenarios and HQ/Market Calls. 

Problem Solving and Decision Making: 

  • Effectively resolve complex operational and maintenance issues using data analysis. 

  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable feedback. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, loss prevention, or process improvement. 

  • Advanced knowledge of My Wireless Standard Operating Procedures, AT&T operational standards, and inventory management systems. 

  • Proficiency in tools such as OPUS, Intelocate, and budget tracking systems. 

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
