The Bartender - Model is responsible for providing first-class customer service for our guests according to Wynn Las Vegas service standards. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsibilities include, pouring drinks, mixing cocktails and following standardized recipes. 
• Handling cash transactions 
• Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with the Health Department standards. 
• The Bartender - Model assists with the training and coaching of Bartender Apprentices. 
• The Bartender - Model participates in in-house modeling programs, special casino events. 
• Banquet Service functions, and performs model/presenter tasks at Wynn Las Vegas events. 

Qualifications

•  Must be able to communicate fluently in English with guests and co-workers. 
•  Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a bar/restaurant/lounge environment is required, including 2 years work experience as a bartender. 
•  Must have a strong knowledge of mixology, and in depth product knowledge in spirits, beers and cocktails. 
•  Must have the ability to handle cash and credit transaction on a Point of Sales system. 
•  Requires the ability to work within a team environment. 
• Requires the following valid documentation: Alcohol Awareness card, Health Card, Gaming license. 
• Completed Bartenders Local 165 Joint Apprenticeship Training Program
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or over.
