Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Marketing Manager for our Post-Acute Services line including Inpatient Rehabilitation, Outpatient Rehabilitation, Home Care Services and Sports Performance Institute who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a Marketing Manager you will:
• Strategic planning: Implement integrated marketing plans developed by the Director to support organizational goals, including patient acquisition, service line promotion, and community outreach.
• Content development: Collaborate with internal and external teams to write and produce compelling content, including patient stories, service line highlights, and health education materials.
• Campaign coordination: Collaborate with Director to coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email, events) ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Social media: Execute social media content plans aligned with AHC’s business objectives. Create, schedule, and monitor posts, and report on performance metrics.
• Brand consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual and messaging identity.
• Market research support: Assist in gathering and summarizing market data, patient demographics, and competitive insights to support strategic planning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clinical, philanthropic, business development and patient experience stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related filed required
• Minimum of three years’ experience in public relations, marketing, communications or journalism.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Proficient in general computer software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Experience writing and editing newsletters/magazines.
• Understanding of the news process
• Understanding of social media
• Strong writer
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent writing, communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, CRM systems, CMS tools)
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in service line or product marketing preferred

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday with willingness and ability to travel to multiple locations for events, meetings, conferences. Some nights and weekends required.

Pay Range:

$71,932.12 - $107,889.60

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:

United States of America (Exempt)
