Sales Advisor - Galeries Lafayette

<p><strong>ANINE BING</strong> is looking for a full time <strong>Sales Advisor/ Stylist</strong> to join the team at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann in Paris.</p> <p>The Sales Advisor (which we refer to as Stylist) is the ultimate ambassador for ANINE BING. The person in this role will work with an in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and 1:1 personalized service experience. </p> <p>The ideal candidate is eager to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves to work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities Include: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide best in class service to our customers, on their terms, in store & digitally. </li> <li>Meet and exceed store sales goals.</li> <li>Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your styling expertise</li> <li>Build lasting relationships with customers and drive sales through personal client outreach. </li> <li>Essential to be comfortable selling in-store and virtually through the use of technology</li> <li>Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space</li> <li>Assist with daily store operations; including, but not limited to, inventory management, visual merchandising.</li> <li>Conduct weekly VM updates and regular product knowledge (PK) trainings</li> <li>Complete and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting templates</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>1-3  years fashion, styling or retail sales experience</li> <li>Previous experience working in a department store corner, concession, or shop-in-shop environment is preferred</li> <li>Experience in personal styling and a goal driven environment</li> <li>Ability to build and maintain a client book</li> <li>Ability to bring a positive, engaging energy to the workplace</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Proficient in English and French</li> <li>Ability to provide feedback and insight about clientele and product</li> <li>Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and retail holidays  </li> <li>Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts</li> <li>Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 25 – 40 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits & Perks</strong></p> <p>Expect a competitive benefits package including generous paid time off, comprehensive health insurance coverage (mut
