KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, CONSUMER BEAUTY / LUXURY

E-COMMERCE SALES – NEW YORK CITY

The E-Commerce Key Account Executive CB/Lux will be responsible for executing best-in-class product launches across US retailer.com accounts for COTY’s Consumer Beauty & Luxury brands. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining digital competitive analysis and executing digital retailer programs for all onsite and offsite paid and organic activity. Lastly, Key Account Executive CB/Lux will be assigned junior account responsibilities including tactical execution of account growth strategies as directed by COTY’s Ecommerce National Account Manager, Retail.com.

 

The Key Account Executive CB/Lux will report primarily into the Ecommerce National Account Manager, Retail.com.

 

THE ROLE

 

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Implementation of brand toolkits across key account’s & all-around digital shelf maintenance
• Understand retailer’s site, mobile, email & paid media asset and copy requirements and ensure they are requested and produced in a timely manner by partnering closely with Local & Global Marketing, Sales and agency counterparts
• Keep internal tracking and record keeping documents of all business and marketing requests and progress for markets
• Act as the point of contact with key accounts for set up of saleable and nonsaleable assortment, owning implementation of brand shop updates, managing creative requests with agency counterparts, and delivering creative assets to accounts
• Pull and monitor KPIs and provide analytics for global site projects, global performance recaps, local campaign/ NPD launches, and weekly ePOS reports
• Perform brand shop site audits on a weekly basis, identifying opportunities to optimize site product pages, drive traffic and conversion
• Support National Account Managers in the forecasting and allocation of marketing tools

 

 QUALIFICATIONS

 

We’d love to see candidates who have:

 

Essential:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve positive results
• Team player and excellent project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Good knowledge of E-Commerce retailers, ability to identify areas of opportunities on product pages
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to perform business analyses
• Ability to listen to understand, and to translate brand strategies to enroll the customer
• Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex matrix and changing environment

 

Desirable:

• Affinity with Beauty. Prior beauty category experience is a plus, but not a pre-requisite
• Candidate preferably brings experience in retail
