Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an exceptional litigation associate. Their commercial litigation practice represents a diverse range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution venues. 

Key Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in civil or complex business litigation.
• Distinctive academic credentials.
• Superb written and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent references.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with large, sophisticated litigation matters.
• Familiarity with e-discovery processes is a plus.
• Judicial clerkship experience.
