This team owns products like CoreWeave IAM, future encryption lifecycle and key management capabilities, and supporting infrastructure that enables fine-grained access control, auditability, and secure onboarding of sensitive AI workloads. We partner closely with Product, Information Security, and core platform teams to make CoreWeave the most secure and compliant place to run large-scale AI.</p> <h3><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>About the role:</strong></span></h3> <p>CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Engineering, Security Products to lead the engineering teams building our identity, authorization, and encryption platforms. In this highly technical and strategic role, you will define and execute the roadmap for security products that underpin customer trust and enable regulated AI workloads at scale. You will lead an engineering team working with Product and Security to design and operate services that are reliable, auditable, and easy for customers to adopt.
