It’s an exciting time to join the People Analytics team at GE Aerospace.  Join us as we elevate how people data is used to inform decisions and drive workforce strategies. 

We are looking for a new Sr. Program Manager, People Analytics to help us implement the data infrastructure needed to continue the evolution of the People Analytics organization into a strategic partner.

Reporting to the Executive, People Analytics, the person in this role will play a pivotal part in executing our multi-year People Analytics Roadmap as we advance the PA organization.  The work of the team is high impact and high visibility across the HR function and is frequently used in strategic discussions at the highest levels.  This role will serve as the strategic program manager leading the implementation of an HR data infrastructure to support analytics.  Responsible for managing strong partnerships across HR, IT, and vendors to implement an analytics foundation that aggregates data from multiple sources and supports the enablement of self-service metrics across the organization.  We are on a multi-year journey where we plan to continually increase the impact that People Analytics has on the business and we need this role to get us there. 

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the implementation of a people analytics tool that will aggregate HR data from 12+ systems, enable advanced analytics, and empower stakeholders with self-service dashboards
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and establish effective project governance routines
  • Collaborate with the People Analytics Team and IT to ensure timely and successful execution of deliverables, meeting client requirements through a phased implementation approach
  • Oversee change management efforts, including communications, training, and engagement strategies, to ensure effective tool adoption and user enablement
  • Develop and monitor implementation KPIs and milestones to ensure project progress and alignment with goals
  • Partner with IT and HR to define and implement robust data validation, governance, and reconciliation protocols, ensuring timely resolution of data discrepancies and compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Oversee the design and rollout of self-service dashboards, in alignment with the PA Dashboard Development team, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements
  • Establish data visualization standards and branding guidelines that promote consistency, usability, and accessibility
  • Deliver concise, actionable project updates and insights to sponsors, steering committees, and senior leadership
  • Partner with peers on the People Analytics Leadership Team to establish standard ways of working to ensure clear focus on strategic goal execution and advancement of the analytics infrastructure
  • Act as a simplification champion who builds function capabilities, reduces complexity, and partners with the People Analytics Leadership Team to maximize team performance to more effectively deliver on goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all data privacy guidelines


Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or any other related discipline (or a high school diploma/ GED with 4 years of experience)
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in HR, IT or business management, with at least 5 years of experience in People Analytics preferred.  
  • Direct experience implementing people analytics tools, data infrastructure, and dashboard delivery.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and make judgments based on best practices or previous experience. 

Pay and Benefits:

  • The base pay range for this position is $152,300.00 - 210,00.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of y
