Are you passionate about shaping the future of Beverage at Starbucks? As a group manager in the Menu Experience – Beverage organization, you will lead a team of product managers guiding the strategic direction of the North America beverage portfolio, ensuring it supports business performance, customer relevance, and the partner experience.  You will collaborate across Marketing, Product Development, Digital, and Operations teams to deliver seasonal innovation and product pipeline.  We are seeking someone who is customer obsessed, sweats every detail, and leads with optimism to deliver a world class beverage experience.

 

As a group manager, product - Beverage, you will… 

  • Partner cross-functionally to align seasonal product strategy with enterprise priorities, customer needs, and operational realities
  • Define seasonal product priorities by leveraging business performance data, customer insights, competitive and industry trends
  • Translate insights into compelling product concepts, platforms, and category opportunities
  • Guide the development, testing, refinement, and scaling of products that unlock new occasions and drive growth
  • Ensure end-to-end execution from idea to customer experience

 

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Progressive experience in brand management, 6-10+ years
  • Project leadership in a cross-functional environment, 6-10+ years
  • Progressive experience leading the development and implementation of new or existing products or strategies
  • 5+ years experience in financial forecasting, in-depth analytics, business case development and P&L management
  • Experience managing others, 3+ years
  • MBA Strongly preferred
