• Lead interface design and development efforts, including data mapping, coding, and testing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to complex problems. Troubleshoot complex interface issues and provide advanced support to internal and external clients

• Design and maintain application integrations and APIs between enterprise systems, third-party platforms, and internal tools

• Develop and support interfaces using middleware, ETL tools, web services, and other integration technologies, as well as the development and implementation of interface standards and best practices

• Document integration specifications, data mappings, technical processes, and support procedures. Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows, ensuring performance, accuracy, and reliability

• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployments related to interfaces and integrations

• Support compliance, security, and data privacy requirements related to system communication and data handling

• Design and develop custom reports to meet business requirements.

• Provide mentorship and training to Integrations and Interface Analysts and other team members

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
