About the role

Help protect our customers and our firm by ensuring court-ready sworn document packages are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. In this role, you will support meaningful recovery work tied to defaulted business lending while building deep expertise in litigation documentation, quality controls, and deadline management. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in getting the details right, this is an opportunity to grow your skills and impact.

As a Sworn Document Prep Analyst within Business Banking Managed Assets, you support the preparation and quality review of sworn legal documents and supporting exhibits used in collections and recovery actions. You will help ensure sensitive information is appropriately protected through redaction and that document packages meet internal standards before filing. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, including managers, litigation officers, and in-house counsel, in a team culture that values accuracy, accountability, and collaboration.

Job responsibilities

  • Coordinate reviews and approvals with internal partners to keep packages moving through required checkpoints
  • Escalate urgent issues, missing information, or deadline risks promptly and clearly
  • Collaborate with managers, litigation officers, and in-house counsel to resolve questions and align on document requirements
  • Maintain strong quality controls while handling high-volume workflows and rapid turnaround requests
  • Identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements that support accuracy and timeliness

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies across related documents
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
