Product Design Specialist - AI-First, Enterprise Web & Solution Experience

What success looks like in this role:

Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, AI-native Design specialist to lead and inspire the design vision across our enterprise-grade web applications, solution storytelling, and digital experiences. This role is pivotal in shaping intuitive, high-impact, and scalable design systems that drive client value, business growth, and market differentiation. The ideal candidate is an AI-native design thinker and maker—someone who can code-switch between Figma, GenAI, solution architecture, and client storytelling with fluency and confidence.

Product & Solution Design Leadership

- Lead design for complex enterprise-grade web and SaaS applications, ensuring user-centric and outcome-driven interfaces.

- Translate solution ideas into compelling UI/UX prototypes, wireframes, and AI-augmented visual stories.

- Work across cross-functional squads to integrate AI-first experiences directly into product and platform designs.

AI-First Design Enablement

- Drive AI-native design operations using tools like Figma AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, and ChatGPT.

- Automate design workflows, ideation sprints, and prototyping using GenAI to accelerate throughput and creativity.

- Evangelize AI-powered design thinking across the organization, coaching other designers and stakeholders.

Sales, Marketing & GTM Integration

- Collaborate with centralized marketing, sales enablement, and GTM teams to co-design client narratives, landing pages, demos, and sales collateral.

- Translate business and technical value into visually compelling solution blueprints and pitch assets.

- Co-develop AI-powered configurators, ROI calculators, and demo environments with product and presales teams.

- Prepare day-in-a-life user stories that illustrate real-world solution value.

- Plan and script demo scenarios that align with target personas and business outcomes.

- Review, critique, and provide strategic point-of-view on client-facing videos and demo scripts to enhance clarity and impact.

Cross-Functional Design Advocacy

- Partner closely with solution management, product strategy, engineering, and field sales to turn ideas into market-ready MVPs.

- Design intuitive, future-forward frameworks to visualize architecture, data flows, and AI-driven workflows.

- Bring clarity and creativity to abstract solution concepts, transforming them into emotionally resonant visual journeys.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

- Ideally, 10+ years in product or solution design; 3+ years leading design for enterprise platforms, SaaS, or cloud-native web applications.   

- Minimum, BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience

- Proven experience integrating GenAI into design processes, including ideation, UI generation, and interactive storytelling.

- Mastery of Figma, Framer, Adobe Suite, Miro, and motion/animation tools.

- Should have led design projects in the past

- Capability to function autonomously with minimal oversight and direction

- May oversee a small, geographically dispersed design team.

- Background in B2B enterprise tech – designing responsive design, front ends for multiple form factors

- Experience working with solution architects, product managers, marketing, and sales teams on B2B enterprise solutions.

- Ability to visualize technical architectures, user flows, and value storytelling in design-first narratives.

- Exceptional storytelling, workshop facilitation, and visual communication skills.
