Senior Credit Risk Policy Specialist

<p>Part of the WTW, Trade Credit &amp; Surety Limited are one of the leading Credit Insurance Brokers in Ireland. We cater for multinational global companies down to the SME business/micro business. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Risk Policy Specialist in our Dublin office office.<br/><br/>The role involves providing operational support to the Policy Management team and managing a portfolio of clients.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ongoing management of a portfolio of clients</li> <li>Lead and deliver the end to end ongoing client service, adhering to standardised policies, procedures and service standards    </li> <li>Understand the clients’ business and their risk management needs and look for solutions to deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service.   </li> <li>Identify primary budget holders and decision makers within clients, establish and maintain active relationships with these people    </li> <li>Liaise with clients and build relationships    </li> <li>Draft and provide all relevant documentation e.g. renewals, alterations etc    </li> <li>Respond quickly and accurately to new business introductions    </li> <li>Maintain a detailed knowledge of products and services offered    </li> <li>Ensure accurate loading of data in to the internal systems within agreed time and quality standards    </li> <li>Manage client pricing to ensure each client meets agreed target profitability levels    </li> <li>Communicate effectively with clients, associates, markets and others where appropriate to maximise service delivery levels    </li> <li>Ensure adherence to Group policies, procedures and all regulatory requirements    </li> <li>Provide feedback on corrective action required to retain clients or enhance process performance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Requirements </strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience working for an insurer or broker</li><li>CIP qualified or significant progress to achievement of CIP</li><li>Strong client advocate</li><li>Driven, proactive and flexible</li><li>Capable of solving problems</li><li>Good interpersonal, organisational, analytical and communication skills</li><li>Highly accurate with good attention to detail in completion of all tasks</li><li>Passion for learning and understanding the Trade Credit Insurance industry.</li></ul><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong><br/>WTW are an inclusive employer and welcome applications from people of all  backgrounds and abilities.
