Job Description
RESPEC is seeking a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to provide daily hands-on support, as well as long term strategic HR and talent management support across one or more of our market sectors. As an HRBP, you will be integral to all daily HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation guidance, benefits administration, and policy interpretation. You’ll work closely with both the HR department and market sector leadership to align our HR strategies with our 2030 vision, fostering a positive workplace culture and an exceptional employee experience. The HRPB is knowledgeable about consulting and services with a solid understanding of business acumen and can apply these principles to guide our managers and senior leaders to healthy human resources practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborates with market sector leadership to develop and implement talent strategies that address current and future needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Leads the recruitment process, from understanding role requirements to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Provides expert guidance on employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee recognition programs.
- Compensation & Benefits: Recommends appropriate wage ranges, titles, and benefits options while ensuring compliance with local and federal employment laws.
- HR Program Support: Contributes to HR initiatives that drive our 2030 vision, including career path development, training programs, and organizational development.
- Continuous Improvement: Stays current on HR trends, best practices, and legal regulations to ensure our policies and processes remain competitive and compliant.
- Coaching & Development: Identifies training needs and provide mentorship to employees and management on feedback, communication, and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Human Resources role, with a preference for experience in the A/E/C industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and other talent management systems, with the ability to quickly adapt and learn new software including report writing.
- Comfortable presenting to small or large groups
Additional Information
Salary range in Colorado $55k-$80K. Salary in all locations will depend on experience and expertise. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package. RESPEC is a 100 percent employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) after a qualifying period.
