The Research Field Technician is responsible for crop production farm operations, along with farm, grounds, and equipment maintenance, record keeping, and assisting with crop research field operations. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma, with some form of agricultural job experience background prior.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of and experience with vehicle and farm equipment, operation, maintenance, and safety requirements. Ability to operate and perform routine building and minor repairs on motorized vehicles and equipment.

Must possess a valid Arkansas driver's license if travel is required.
