CNC Programmer

Essential Duties Include:

• Develop and maintain CNC programs for the DMG Mori NTX machine and other machines using MasterCam software
• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate machining processes
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high quality parts
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize production processes and improve product quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with CNC machines
• Ensure all work is completed on time and to the required quality standards
• All other job related tasks, as assigned

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• Strong knowledge of DMG Mori NTX
• Mastercam software experience
• Vericut Software a plus
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Previous CNC programming experience
• Technical degree preferred or equivalent experience
