Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans based on the needs of patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and care delivery.
• Adhere to best practices and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered.
• Previous nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS are preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
