- Perform complex benefit calculations, including lump sums, QDRO splits, benefit illustrations, and census-based premium adjustments.
- Interpret group annuity contract provisions and apply them accurately to benefit calculations and system configurations.
- Support the installation and conversion of group annuity contracts, including participant data setup and coordination with actuaries, IT, and operations partners.
- Participate in client and internal working sessions to track progress, identify data or calculation issues, and support timely resolution.
- Support service teams by addressing technical questions related to participant inquiries, claims, and death processing.

- Take ownership of defined workstreams or components of larger projects, with guidance and review from more senior team members.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required; strong analytical and quantitative aptitude.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, actuarial support, financial operations, or a related analytical role — or a strong quantitative background with demonstrated problem-solving skills.

- Experience with defined benefit pension plans is a plus, but not required.
- A positive attitude, strong accountability, and sound judgment.
- Ability to work independently while remaining flexible and collaborative within a team environment.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting, partnering with experienced professionals across actuarial, technology, and service teams.
