JOB SUMMARY
Works under immediate supervision to provide clerical and/or typing support in performance of variety of office duties which may be simple to moderately complex in nature.
This is a temporary part time (20 hours per week) hybrid role with 1 day up to 5 days in office per week depending on department need.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
Education
- Associate's degree in related field
Experience
- 2 years of paid experience developing content strategies, managing multi-platform campaigns, and using data insights to grow brand presence.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms (personal, academic, club, or business-related).
- Familiarity with web content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms
- Strong written communication skills and basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
JOB DUTIES
- Manage and schedule content across social media platforms such as Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn Assist in developing content strategies to increase engagement.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare reports.
- Edit and maintain website content using content management systems.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely updates and consistent messaging.
- Respond to comments and messages as directed.
- Various administrative and clerical assignments filled on an as needed basis.
