Description

 We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal health and welfare, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians in the examination, diagnosis, and treatment of animals
   
• Perform routine procedures such as venipuncture, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, dental prophylaxis, and radiography
   
• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed
   
• Monitor patient progress and provide nursing care to hospitalized patients
   
• Educate clients on pet care, nutrition, medications, and follow-up visits
   
• Maintain accurate patient records using veterinary software
   
• Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of equipment and exam rooms
   
• Support inventory management and ordering of supplies
   
• Adhere to clinic protocols and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Veterinary Technician license in the state of [State]
   
• 1+ years of clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
   
• Strong technical and clinical skills
   
• Proficient in veterinary software and record-keeping
   
• Excellent communication and client-service skills
   
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
