SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator participates in the development, implementation and administration of programs and services related to Project Management.  This position impacts the company’s ability to manage relationships with customers and execute effectively on our client commitments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide coordination and support for projects with the guidance of Project Managers.
  • Tracking tools to organize activities for cross functional teams are kept current and well organized. Create and manage spreadsheets and data.
  • Organize and escort support for onsite visitors, including Person-in-Plant (PIP) to observe pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Support logistics of pharmaceutical materials (coordinate across manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, and external destination).
  • Provide training and support to part-time PM interns (college students).
  • Participate in project meetings as an individual contributor and as PM support (meeting minutes, action tracker).
  • Other duties as assigned. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with various teams, clients, and cultures.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills, as well as the ability to manage time and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be able to pass on-the-job training for ISO 7/ISO 8 cleanroom gowning procedures to escort visitors in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to work on-site during normal business hours.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills).

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
  • At least 6 months cumulative experience on cross functional teams.
  • Prior experience in a customer facing role is preferred.

 

COMPENSATION RANGE:

$57,000-$82,170

 

Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Benefits available to Team Members include subsidized insurance for the Team Member and designated dependents (medical, vision, dental, life and disability), eligibility to participate in the AGC Biologics 401(k) plan (including a generous matching contribution from the company and immediate vesting), vacation, sick time, and parental leave.

Team Members are also eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus commensurate to the level of the role. The payout is based on both the company’s performance and the Team Member’s performance.
