We’re looking for a Creative Direction Manager to help drive integrated storytelling and concept development when you physically experience our brand at events, partnerships and experiential activations. This is a hands-on creative leadership role where you’ll shape ideas, guide execution, and collaborate with writers, designers, and studio managers to bring big, brand-defining work to life.
You’ll lead the creative process from insight to idea to execution—across formats including brand, campaign, print, and digital. As part of T-Studios, you’ll work closely with business and marketing partners to make sure our creative not only hits the mark but feels unmistakably T-Mobile.
This is a role for a builder and a leader—someone who can help a team move fast, think smart, and stay bold. You lead from the front, check your ego at the door, and aren’t afraid to jump in and make things better.
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide creative direction and execution across multiple channels and formats
- Concept and lead campaign development, brand storytelling, and content initiatives
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and studio managers to ensure creative alignment, transparency, and consistency
- Direct build mockups and story development for brand, seasonal, event, and campaign creative
- Partner with business leaders and creative collaborators to translate ideas into powerful visual stories
- Help prepare and present creative concepts to internal leadership, including T-Studios leadership
- Mentor creatives across subject areas and help elevate the team’s thinking and output
- Stay grounded in the T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile voice and visual system, while helping evolve it across new formats and ideas
- Stay curious—especially around tools like AI and automation that can improve creative thinking and speed
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-collaboration culture where craft and speed both matter
What You’ll Bring:
- High School diploma (required)
- 4–7 years of creative leadership experience in agency, in-house, or studio settings
- A portfolio of work that shows strong creative direction, storytelling, and execution across channels
- Proven success leading and mentoring creative teams and guiding projects from brief to launch
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and executive-level presentation
- Ability to translate strategy into concept and concept into execution
- Deep understanding of design, visual language, and creative systems
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Curiosity around AI, automation, and how creative workflows are evolving
- Passion for collaboration and a builder’s mindset.

Base Pay Range: $91,600 - $165,300Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
