**This is a hybrid role for Maple Grove, MN and Marlborough, MA locations**
About the role:
This role is responsible for status and metrics reporting for clinical studies in the Peripheral Interventions (PI) division and for Medical Affairs and education for the Vascular franchise. This role will lead the value improvement process (VIP) for clinical studies in PI.
Your responsibilities will include:
⦁ Assist with the reporting and analysis of long-range strategic plans and ad hoc Review and analyze the impact of recommended financial VIPs.
⦁ Lead process improvement initiatives for clinical studies.
⦁ Create process, metrics, and best practices for improved portfolio management and planning.
⦁ Facilitate the use of data and analytics to build consensus and drive strategic decisions.
⦁ Monthly reporting of clinical study and medical affairs and education metrics and scorecards, and continued refinement and improvement of metrics for internal use and Product Life Cycle Process (PLCP).
⦁ Coordinate and lead monthly clinical study portfolio review meetings.
⦁ Coordinate and lead bi-monthly clinical study execution team meetings.
⦁ Ensure contract research organization (CRO) billing unit review completed each month.
⦁ Liaise with global clinical organization’s (GCO’s) reporting team for new and updated reporting requests for clinical studies and Medical affairs and education projects. These duties include development of models and contributions to presentations for senior management.
Required qualifications:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Clinical Research experience.
⦁ BS or BA degree in Business, Finance or Strategy a plus.
⦁ Minimum 2+ years experience with Clinical operational metrics development, and continued improvement of metrics.
⦁ Strong interpersonal skills including developing relationships at all levels in an organization, in multiple geographies, and indirectly influencing business objectives. Ability to effectively communicate up, down, across the organization.
⦁ Experience in diagnosing business problems and building and executing multi-faceted, long-term, strategic plans based on business challenges.
Preferred qualifications :
⦁ Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information / ideas / strategies into a cohesive and succinct business plan.
⦁ Ability to multi-task: Support several projects/studies and/or personnel simultaneously, work in a very fast-paced environment.
⦁ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Portfolio analysis tools a plus.
