Radiology Interventional Technologist

Assists physicians during cardiac, angiography and other related procedures. Monitors radiation safety during procedures.

Required qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Completion of Radiography Program
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 
• Within 1 year of hire National Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional Radiography   Or
• Within 1 year of hire National Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography  Or
• Within 1 year of hire National Registered Technologist - Vascular-Interventional Radiography  Or
• Within 1 year of hire National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Cardiovascular Credentialing International 
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire
• 1 year   Diagnostic radiology experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Advanced training as a Special Procedure Technologist.
• Upon hire: Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
• 1 year   Cath Lab or Special Procedure experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
