Alter Domus is currently seeking a new Financial Operations Analyst to join our Asset Owner Solutions team in Ogden or Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a hybrid position where you will work 8x a month in the office, twice a week. You can be part of a unique culture, a place that teamwork is encouraged and hard work is rewarded. The Utah location is known for its innovation in fund services and recently developed a highly successful Asset Owner Solutions offering. JOB DESCRIPTION 

In this role, you will be asked to: 

• Process transactions related to contributions, distributions, and valuations for alternative investments held by our clients 

• Reconcile agreed-upon metrics including unfunded, IRR, and MOIC 

• Enter critical alternative investment information into our client's performance system 

• Ensure the information entered is reconciled, timely, and accurate 

  

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

What we are looking for: 

• Highly organized and proactive, with follow-through on commitments 

• Personal and professional integrity 

• Strong work ethic, responsiveness and passion for customer service and quality 

• Excellent team player and good interpersonal skills 

• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly 

• Good oral and written communication skills 

• Ability to work with team members and manager remotely 

• Ability to follow instructions and receive feedback and review comments on work prepared 

  

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• No formal college degree required upon hire 

• 0-2 years work experience in Finance (or Accounting, Data Analytics, or other similar education)
